Workshops and retreats
A keynote starts it. A workshop or a retreat makes it stick. Your people work on their own real situations and practice until the new response is the natural one.

Built for your audience
The workshop
1 workshop, shaped to the people in the room. It is the hands-on version of the framework I created. The content decides the length: a half day covers the first 2 parts, a full day covers all 3 with more practice.
Each person finds the Pressure Reflex that takes over in their hardest moments, using a real situation from their own work.
They see what the reaction was protecting and what it costs now. Then they reset the alarm, so it fires for the fire and not the burnt toast.
They learn simple tools to stay present and respond instead of react, and they practice them before they leave the room.
The moments that matter are the tense meeting, the hard call and the board room. Leaders learn to stay themselves in all 3.
The client pushes back. The deal wobbles. Your people learn to stay steady and keep their attention on the client.
Hard feedback and difficult conversations, without the fight. Managers learn to open with curiosity instead of blame.
A planning call. I learn your team, your pressure points and the moments that matter most to you.
Your people work on their own real situations. No role-play. 10 to 30 people is the right size.
Each person leaves with 1 tool they have already used once, and a plan for their next hard meeting.
Retreats
12 hours of teaching, spread over 2 days or up to a week. Bring me in for the mindset portion of your retreat, or have me help you structure the whole thing.
Tell me what you have in mind and I will send my rates with a plan.
